This peaceful little community with only 120 residents is located on the Makarska Riviera, 21 kilometres from Makarska in the direction of Dubrovnik. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Auto-camp Dole and tennis courts.
From the 1st of May until the 1st of October there are two restaurants open in the village, a pizzeria, two coffee bars, two small shops, a bakery, a gift shop and a stand with fresh fruits and vegetables, and in the remaining parts of the year you can find everything you need in Makarska, Podgora and Drvenik.
There is a big natural pebble beach with shade in the village which is especially convenient for families with children and elderly persons. Along the beach there is a promenade with catering establishments and facilities appropriate for children like a trampoline, mini-car rental and peddle boat rental.
Besides a large central beach, not far from the village there are several small beautiful hidden beaches and coves for those who wish a more intimate and peaceful atmosphere.
